ABOUT ME

Hi - my name's Marie.
 
I've always been interested in helping people, beginning my therapeutic training journey by studying BSc (Hons) Psychology as a young adult. Since then, I've gained many advanced qualifications in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy™, Hypnotherapy and Counselling (for both adults and adolescents (aged 11+). Having this breadth of 'ways of working' available means that I can take your lead and work with you in whatever way suits you best. 
 
I take your wellbeing very seriously and am committed to high ethical standards and ongoing professional development, highlighted by my membership to the National Counselling Society (NCS) Register (accredited by the Professional Standards Authority). 
 
Whilst I'm based in the Emmer Green/Caversham area (within Reading, Berkshire), I've undertaken additional training to ensure I can safely deliver my services nationally online too. 
 
My style is kind, empathic, supportive and collaborative - we'll work together to find the most effective solutions for you, accessing your own inner resources alongside relevant supporting tools/techniques.
