I offer a range of 'ways of working' so we can choose together what is most likely to work best to meet your needs. Whichever path we take together, you will always remain in control, you will always be treated as an equal and you will always be shown respect, kindness and honesty.


Counselling is a type of talking therapy whereby a safe, confidential environment is provided for you to work through your problems and difficult feelings.

I provide 'Integrative Counselling', which means that I tailor therapy to your individual needs, bringing together different elements, approaches and therapeutic tools from a variety of therapies to help you explore, understand and resolve your problem.

NLP provides a collection of practical techniques, skills and strategies that can support you in making positive changes to your life. These can help you deal with unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour, by introducing new, positive and constructive ways to improve your life. 

All the techniques I use from NLP are designed to increase your personal awareness and, as a consequence, your choices in life.


Time Line Therapy™ is a very powerful therapeutic process that can help you let go of any pent-up negative emotions and limiting decisions you may have, and, also create the future you desire. 

This is a fantastic therapy, which can help you to rapidly gain emotional control, making long-term changes to emotions and beliefs that had prevented you from creating positive outcomes in your life. The results can be genuinely life-changing.

Hypnotherapy is an incredibly safe and effective form of complementary therapy that uses the power of positive suggestion to bring about changes in your perceptions, thoughts, feelings and behaviours. 

It can be applied to a wide range of psychological problems, including phobias, anxiety and stress conditions, weight control, addictive behaviours (including smoking, alcohol and substance misuse) and confidence issues.
