I always do my best to respond to enquiries within 48 hours of receiving them (so if you hear nothing back after that time, something's probably gone a bit wrong with my website contact form!).

During that conversation, I'll ask you for a little bit more detail about your issues/concerns and we'll discuss how we might work together. You may then like to take some time to think about whether you'd like to book an Initial Consultation in with me (which can be done here to make the process nice and simple).)
Whatever you decide to do is fully your choice - I won't at any stage pull out the 'big sell' or 'bully you' into working with me - therapy and coaching are a substantial investment, so you need to be sure you're working with the right person for you.
